How We Work Together

This is not advice-giving or problem-solving from the outside in.

My role is to listen deeply, ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly and hold compassionate space for whatever arises. The insights, the answers and the wisdom are already within you. I simply help you access them — and trust them.

From that place of inner clarity we'll set meaningful action steps together — ones that feel aligned and true to you — so you can make heart-honouring choices in your everyday life.

With ongoing support and gentle accountability between sessions, you'll stay connected to what matters most and build the natural confidence to keep moving forward.

Can I really make progress in only 3 months?

Absolutely. By focusing with compassion and curiousity on key areas in your life or self that you are struggling with, you and I will explore what is really going on for you.

Through the power of insight, deep listening and using some of my holistic intuitive tools like Family Constellations and Oracle Cards, you will get to the root of what is really going on for you. With new awareness, you will be able to sort out your options in a way that helps you have sweet aha-s (as I like to call them).

There's power in sharing your truth with another who has no vested interest in ensuring you stay the same or an agenda that can come from your most loyal and trusted friends.

What can I expect in each session

Each 75- to 90-minute session is rooted in the Heart Soul-utions Method, a unique approach to problem-solving, self-inquiry, and intuitive counselling. The purpose is to help you have a deeper understanding of yourself and what choices to make in your life.

The session is guided by your intentions, your unique needs at the time. Sometimes I will use deep, active listening, other times I will do a communication process to help you figure out your heart and truth. Sometimes, I will use other tools like Oracle Cards and Family Constellations to get a bigger perspective and the wisdom needed for your situation.

The focus is to help you have deep and lasting insights, and making clear and empowered choices for your life.

If I sign up and change my mind, can I get a refund?

If you decide you don't want to go ahead after you have signed up, then I will issue you a full money refund within 14 days of signing up, so long as you haven't had your first session with me. If after the first session, you don't want to continue, then you will get a credit for any service for the amount you have paid, less $165 CDN for the first session. Your credit needs to be used within 365 days.
