Here's How It Works

1. Sign Up for Your Session
Fill out the form and choose your preferred option.

2. Book Your Session

Heather will send you a follow-up email that includes a link to select a time that works for you (sessions available until December 20th). You will also get an invoice to pay for your Soul Plan before your appointment.

3. Prepare Your Heart
You'll receive a brief prep email with reflection prompts to help you get clear on what you want to explore

4. Our Session Together
We meet for 75-90 minutes via Zoom. This is your time to sort through what's weighing on you, release what's not serving you, and clarify your path forward. We will fill out your soul map together as a guide for our session.

4. Receive Your Soul Map
Within 3 days, you'll receive your beautifully designed 3-page Soul Map (PDF) along with your session recording.

5. BONUS: Intuitive Reading

If you chose the reading option, I'll do an audio recording of your personalized month-by-month intuitive oracle card spread, as well as other seasonal and soul lesson spreads for guidance, within 3 days of your heart-mapping session. You will receive photos of the spreads and an audio file of the reading.

How long is the session

The heart-mapping session is 75-90 minutes -- plenty of time to go deep and create your personalized Soul Map together.

For those who are booking the Inuitive Reading, I record it on my own time then send it to you. It is usually about 30 minutes long.

When will I receive my Soul Map?

Within 3 business days of our session, you'll receive your 3-page Soul Map as a beautiful PDF along with the session recording.

What's the difference between the two options?

Both include the full Soul Map session and the 3-page PDF soul map. The other option, for only $100 more, includes a personalized an intuitive oracle card reading to give you additional spiritual guidance and insight.

Can I do this session if I've never worked with you before?

Absolutely! This session is designed as a great place for new clients to start, and for previous clients to re-connect.

When do sessions take place?

Sessions are available between now and December 20th. On special request, I will do offer some in the New Year up until Jan 5th. We'll meet via Zoom at a time that works for both of us.

What if I want to continue working together after this?

Many clients continue into my Keep Growin' Program (3-month mentorship monthly sessions and weekly check-ins). We can talk about this during or after your Soul Plan session if it feels aligned.

Is this therapy?

No, this is not therapy. I'm a heart and business mentor who provides compassionate guidance, support, and soul-utions. If you're dealing with significant trauma or mental health concerns, I encourage you to work with a licensed therapist.

What if I can't decide between the two options?

Trust your gut! If you're drawn to the intuitive reading, choose that option. If you prefer a more grounded, processing-focused approach, choose the Soul Map Session. Both are powerful.
