What is a "holistic assessment"?

Essentially, I ask you deep and honest questions about your life -- this includes your energy levels, sense of happiness, relationships, money, creativity, etc. We go through a holistic life wheel and determine what 3 areas are not working for you. I do a chakra reading, as well, to help you understand what may be blocking you energetically, along with an ancestral perspective. You will see a bigger picture to your life, challenges and what is needed.

the What and Why of a Soul Map

In this Soul plan, you and I build your own personal 3-page digital soul map.

It's deeper than a "to-do list" or a planner. It's more like a deep-dive and outline to chart your path of where you are now, where you want to be in 3 months, and how to get there.

It ensures your season is soul-driven, fulfilling and aligned with who you are and your core dreams and needs. It supports you to keep growing towards the life you want to bloom in a balanced and natural way.

You can use this map to keep referring to when you feel disconnected or unsure of what choices to make in your life. It's also a great resource for when life throws you curve balls, helping you stay grounded and empowered on how to navigate your circumstances with wisdom.

If I sign up and I change my mind, can I get a refund?

If you decide you don't want to go ahead after you have signed up, then I will issue you a full money refund within 14 days of payment, so long as you haven't had your session with me. After that, there are no refunds or credits.
