I have over 12 years of experience as a holistic practitioner and solopreneur and have helped over 1,600 clients worldwide with their personal transformation journeys.
I am trained in energy healing, intuitive guidance and stress management. I also have a BComm Marketing degree and 15 years of experience with content creation, editing and marketing for non-profits, artists and wellness practitioners.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping others connect to their inner wisdom to show up authentically and connect deeply with themselves and others.

Some Fun Facts About Me:
- wrote and self-published 2 children's books and a spiritual memoir
- went to University when I was 17 years old and graduated with a BComm Marketing degree
- lived in Jamaica for 3 years when I was a kid; Backpacked across Mexico for 10 weeks; and lived in Oaxaca City, Mexico for 6 months
- an accomplished wellness practitioner and solopreneur for over 12 years
- volunteered for various organizations to help with food and housing equality
- got hitched in my 40s to my best friend and lover; he's also a professional Canadian jazz drummer - pretty cool, eh?
- Lived in a treehouse for a summer (yes, as an adult) and have attended 3-day and 10-day meditation retreats. I love pure silence and nature!
