How I help: With over 15 years of experience as a wellness practitioner and entrepreneur, along with formal training in business and marketing, I blend intuitive insight, emotional healing, and grounded strategy.
A bit about my life: I'm a child-free cat lady living in a small city in Ontario, Canada with my spouse (a professional jazz drummer) and our tuxedo cat, Mew. I'm also a published author of two children's books, a spiritual memoir, and a personal memoir.
