With over 12 years of experience as a holistic guide and solopreneur, along with formal training in business and marketing, I blend intuitive insight, emotional healing, and grounded strategy. 

I am also a child-free cat lady who lives in a small city in Ontario, Canada with my spouse who is a professional jazz drummer and our tuxedo cat, Mew. I have written and published 2 children's books, a spiritual memoir and a personal memoir.
