What's the difference between this and booking monthly sessions?

Individual sessions are great for working through specific issues. The Keep Growin' Program is designed for people who want to make consistent progress over 90 days with weekly accountability - not just monthly check-ins.

What if I've never worked with you before?

This program is for people I've already worked with in my in-depth sessions. If we haven't worked together yet, start with a Sort Out Your Heart Session so we can get to know each other first.

What happens after 3 months?

We'll review your growth in the Review Your Bloom session and you can decide if you want to continue for another 90 days or take what you've learned and keep going on your own.

What if I miss a week's check-in?

Life happens! The check-ins are there to support you, not stress you out. Just pick back up the following week.
