The cost of ruminating or making choices rooted in lack or fear can be huge. You can waste a ton of time and money, and lose your sense of self. You may end up in a situation or relationship that is blah at the least and destructive at the worst. 

This call will help you feel strengthen your self-belielf and trust in the Universe offering you a new way of seeing and perceiving your circumstances.

We will meet for 30-45 minutes online or by phone to get to know each other so I can understand your current situation.   

Before we meet, I will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire and to review your life so we can dive right in when we meet. 

Using holistic life coaching tools, I will ask you deeper questions, pull an oracle card or two, and do a personalized guided meditation with you to uncover your heart's needs and truth. We will make a simple soul-care plan for you based on what comes up, so you can start growing on your own time. 

I will share with you any services or programs that I or others can offer you so you can break free of self doubt and feeling overwhelmed. 

Absolutely not. If I feel I can't offer you any services personally, I will straight up let you know and offer other suggestions. If I can help you further, I will share with you any holistic life coaching services that could help. 

I will follow-up with you by email a week after our session to see how you are doing and just check if you wanted to work together further.
