For example, if you have been feeling empty or crusty this past year, your soul goal may be to "be a writer" because you know it has been the missing piece in your life. Having this as your soul goal then gives you a North Star when making choices throughout the year.
A soul goal can also It may even include an ambition such as: "become a professional comedian". These are goals that speak to your soul and offer a positive impact.
Quite different than: "lose 10 pounds", right? There's more depth and meaning, plus it allows for the unfolding mystery of your life.
Identifying your soul goals and understanding how to bloom in a balanced and realistic way is hard to do on your own. We often have our own blind spots.
