Absolutely. By focusing with compassion and curiousity on one area of your life or self that you are struggling with, you and I will explore what is really going on for you.
Through the power of insight, deep listening and using some of my holistic intuitive tools like Soul Constellations and Oracle Cards, you will get to the root of what is really going on for you. With new awareness, you will be able to try on your options in a way that helps you have sweet aha-s (as I like to call them). There's power in sharing your truth with another who has no vested interest in ensuring you stay the same or an agenda that can come from your most loyal and trusted friends.
If you decide you don't want to go ahead after you have signed up, then I will issue you a full money refund within 14 days of signing up, so long as you haven't had your first session with me. If after the first session, you don't want to continue, then you will get a store credit for any service in the amount of $320 to be used within 365 days.
Sessions are structured using the following (flexible) formula:
- Check-in to see how you are doing
- Identify the issues you are struggling with and pick one or two to unpack for the session
- Figure out the root of the issues using Intuitive tools and/or Soul Constellations approaches (we will access the wisdom of your body, soul, ancestors and relationships)
- Explore your truth with curious, coaching questions
- MIndfully and Heart-fully connect with yourself to become more self-aware
- Have a deep insight or breakthrough around your issue and make empowering choices going forward
- Enjoy the bliss
- Identify some homework pieces
- Then rinse and repeat by booking the next layer/breakthrough
